TERMS OF SALE

1. You enter into a contract with us when
you purchase any product from our page, our responsibility to you is to deliver
the products you have paid for, of which the length of time it takes from
purchase to delivery is largely dependent on the courier. While
we strive to deliver your goods in the communicated times, we do not take
responsibility for delays either from internal logistics issues of the courier services
or from natural causes, either accidents or storms or other issues not directly
in our control.
Your responsibility is to make sure you know what products
you have in your cart, their prices and the shipping prices as well.
We however do not take responsibility if the color of the
clothes is not to your liking, please making sure you are aware of what you are
We are also aware that because of different computer screen
resolutions and lighting, colors may appear differently on the computer
compared to seeing the product in person, for such differences we apologize in
advance but we regret that we will take no responsibility for such issues.
We strive to offer the best quality products at all times,
we hope you enjoy your purchases and they make your closet that much brighter,
but if it so happens you are unhappy with your purchase, you are free to

When we receive the products in store, we will assess them
for resale, and then proceed to process a refund.
However kindly note that, any fees paid towards shipping
will not be refunded.
A full refund is also dependent on meeting a few criteria,

for a refund)

purchase will be provided as store credit for future purchases. But if its
issues of sizing you can order a different size and will still be required to pay the full shipping fee.
5. For hygiene purposes we regret that NO refunds will be
entertained for whatever reasons for lingerie or underwear or hosiery.
6. For issues of sizing, if no alternative size is
available, and nothing else interests you, then only will you receive a refund
as per the management decision.
7. THE REFUND REQUEST MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF
RECEIVING THE ITEM AS PER THE TIME DOCUMENTED BY THE COURIER SERVICE AND THE
SAID ITEM SHOULD BE BACK IN OUR WAREHOUSE WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE TIME THE
PARCEL OR PRODUCTS WERE RECEIVED FROM THE COURIER COMPANY.
KINDLY note that although we might have processed the
refund, Bank delays may prevent you from accessing the money as quickly as you
may want, we do apologies in advance for any bank related delays but however do
not take responsibility although we may try to assist in expediting the
process, it however remains outside our capabilities.
3. EXTRA CHARGES
We ask that everyone be aware of the taxes they are eligible
to pay in their respective countries, such as sales tax or customs tax, for
such we take no responsibility and it is solely the responsibility of the
